I am on SS Disability, Foodstamps, Medicaid, Medicare. I would like to get into Real Estate Investment or Flipping houses. Are there any grants for this type of business? I'm on a fixed income and thought maybe I could do this.

Hi, I am looking for a loan to help build a home, the lot that I am trying to build on is considered argricultural due to not being recorded in a plat book so I am not able to find a traditional lot loan unless I build a house on it. I would like to contract the home my self to save money and so I am able to do some of the work as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm a person living with Aids. I'm currently behind in my mortgage payments of $12,000 and in foreclosure status. This house has been in my families name for over 30 years. I was also a victim of predatory lending. Additionally, I live with my two dogs, I would hate to seperate them if I lose my home. They are 7 years of age and 5.
